A bit of french (and english) typography
Maybe some of you know that I am fond of typography. Books are an easy place to apply all these rules, but the web is our enemy. I have found quite a few links (mostly french, but one in english) explaining how to continue to be typo-compatible with (X)HTML.
Here are the results of my wandering with Google :
- Petit guide typographique à l'usage de l'internet
- Codage valide des caractères Windows illégaux en HTML et XHTML
- HTML authoring in French
Besides I must say the Openweb Group website is marvellous for all webmasters interested in complying to web standards, although it was born on the 20th of march.
